Getting Started
Not at all. We welcome complete beginners. Coaches adapt sessions so every child progresses at their own pace.
By Age Group
U5–U6 play non-contact tag rugby — running, laughing, and basic ball skills. Perfect for first-timers.
Practical Info
Safety is our top priority. Sessions follow HKRU mini rugby guidelines. Contact is introduced gradually.
